Jonsson Peeling Systems
Jonsson peeling systems consists of 2 different products: the Model 60, and the Model 64. While there are many similarities, the main differences are speed and cutting styles. Specific information is described below: Capabilities, Configurations, and Labor Savings.
Capabilities
The Model 60 can operate at two speeds: 4000 shrimp/hour and 5000 shrimp/hour. We recommend the slower speed during the initial training of your operators, and within a week or two the speed can be increased to 5000 shrimp an hour.
Our Jonsson Model 60 systems can peel several different styles: tail-on round, completely peeled and deveined, tail-on butterfly, tail-on western, and EZ-peel.

The Model 64 is a faster, more specialized machine. Capable of peeling either 6000 or 5000 shrimp every hour, it is the least expensive method of peeling high volumes of completely peeled and deveined and EZ-peel shrimp styles.

Configurations
These systems have a modular design which allows processors to add units with ease when their needs increase.
