The Model 41 provides it's users with the opportunity to improve the efficiency of their kitchen and deliver the most attractive, appetizing, and consistent product to their customers. This simple machine provides 5 different peeling styles: Tail-on Round, Completely Peeled and Deveined, Tail-on Butterfly, Tail-on Western, and EZ-Peel. Switching from one style to the next is easy, and you don't need any tools. And with an effective peeling rate of 1800 shrimp an hour, you'll be serving great looking shrimp in no time!

Training

Every customer located in the US receives an initial training visit by one of our qualified Service technicians. Every order will be accompanied by an operation manual and an instructional DVD which will allow the machine to be utilized immediately after it is received. We want you to be happy with the equipment, so we send a service technician to provide personal instruction to you and your employees.
