Peel any size

Jonsson systems peel any shrimp from 10/15 to 71/90 headless tails per pound. Because the mechanism automatically adjusts to each individual shrimp, exact size grading is unnecessary.

When peeling round styles, shrimp are cut to a uniform depth from the back regardless of size differences.  When peeling butterfly split styles, shrimp are cut to a uniform thickness, again, regardless of size differences. The unique Jonsson design automatically compensates for variations in size.
