Providing excellent service to our customers is a top priority for us. Our Service team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer all questions relating to the maintenance and operation of the equipment for our customers. We know that shrimp peeling equipment is a unique machine, which is why we provide our customers with several informative resources for daily operation, routine maintenance, and help guides. Each customer receives a detailed, yet easy to read operation and maintenance manual. These are available in English and Spanish. We also provide a DVD to our customers, visually illustrating the techniques for equipment operation; such as shrimp loading, changing the cutting style, and routine maintenance activities.
