Start-up and Operator Training

To help customers realize a high level of operating efficiency in the quickest possible time, a Jonsson Service Technician provides on-site start-up assistance and operator training. This free service is provided to all new users in the U.S. and is optionally available for international customers as well. Users of Jonsson systems also receive an Operation DVD that shows the proper way to load shrimp and how to change peeling styles.
 

Maintenance Instructional Materials

Each user of Jonsson equipment receives a fully illustrated, easy-to-follow Operation and Maintenance manual, which is available in English or Spanish. In addition, a complete Maintenance DVD is provided showing visual, easy-to-understand directions that help assure proper maintenance. Chapter markers make it easy to quickly find the section needed.

Free, unlimited technical support is available by phone 7 days a week to answer questions about the operation and maintenance of the equipment. In North America, the service team can be reached toll free at 800.831.2030.
